At K2K SIGNS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer refunds or exchanges on items that are not of a custom nature.
If you are not satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Please note:

• Custom-made signs and other custom products are non-returnable. These products are guaranteed for quality and accuracy only. Once your purchase order has been processed and the item manufactured, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

• All returns (excluding faulty products) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the total invoice amount.

• Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and undamaged.

• Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. We assess all claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
